Taco Fish with beer batter

Save a beer and fry up some fish for tacosssss!!!!

Ingredients
 1 cup flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

1 cup beer
Oil for frying
 1 pound cod fish or tilapia fillets
2 cups shredded cabbage
corn or flour tortilla

White sauce
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 lime
1 jalapeno pepper minced or you could use minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
To make the batter, combine first 6 ingredients and whisk together.

To make white sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and gradually stir the lime juice, season with jalapeno, oregano and cayenne pepper. If you want add some different flavor add some capers.

Heat oil and dust fish pieces lightly with flour and then dip into beer batter and fry until crip. Drain on paper towels.

To serve place fried fish in a warm tortilla and top with cabbage and white sauce.
