From the day of thanksgiving still had some apple cider, I decided to make a glazed salmon with honey and apple cider.
Ingredients
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tsp minced garlic
11/4 tblsp Honey
4 salmon fillets
1 tblsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 slices limes
1 tblsp butter
Directions
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat, salt and pepper the steaks and place in the pan until turned brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Meanwhile in a saucepan mix apple cider and honey, heated until it begins to boil, add the mixture looks fillets gradually add a few lemon wheels, finished bathing the fillets with the mixture and cook heat until caramelized.
Serve with rice noodles and a creamy spinach or kale.
Creamy Spinach or Kale
In a pan put a tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tbsp flour heated and let the flour absorb butter, then added 1/2 cup milk, a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg, add the spinach and let them cook until spinach or kale softened.
