Sesame Chicken |
1 cup brown or white rice
1/4 cup honey
2 tblsp sesame seeds
Honey, sesame seed and soy sauce |
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 egg
2 tblsp cornstarch
2 chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
Salt & pepper
2 tblsp vegetable oil
2 stack green onions
2 cups broccoli florets
Directions
1. Prepare rice according to package directions if you want to add more flavor put a garlic clove and some slice of ginger.
2. Meanwhile, combine honey, sesame seed, soy sauce and garlic together in a bowl then set aside.

In a separate bowl whisk egg together with cornstarch until smooth.
Season chicken with salt and pepper then add to egg mixture.

In a medium sacucepan, steam broccoli until crisp, then set aside.
Heat oil and add chicken, cook for 3 or 4 minutes a side or until turn
golden brown, reduce the heat and add prepare sauce, broccoli and green
onions.
